Dessy was absolutely incredible. As fist time home buyers we had countless questions, and concerns and really wanted to find the perfect home. Dessy went above and beyond to help us in every way! I would give her 100 stars if I could! Working with Dessy has been the most wonderful and delightful experience in the whole process of buying a house. She is truly one of a kind and we can’t thank her enough for helping us find our dream home. We met virtually at first since we were out of the continent. She toured us many houses from the distance until we finally met her in the Bay Area. She was always so positive, helpful and going beyond to get us to see each and every house we were interested in. Never felt rushed or pushed to do anything.
She is so so so nice and going to see houses with her felt like going with a friend that every time knew us a little better.
She understood our needs and what we were going after.
Even after we bought the house, she helped us unpack and checks in periodically as we are dealing with a furnace issue that will soon be resolved (also because of her help).
